A PARTICIPANT is one who has been permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work for, or participate in any way at a sanctioned event AND/OR being permitted to enter, for any purpose, any restricted area.
Participants can also be referred to as: Drivers, Pilots, Volunteers, Spectators, etc.
