An ORGANIZER is one who has been permitted to conduct, staff, organize, officiate, observe, work for, or sanction any Motorsports event AND/OR being permitted to enter, for any purpose, any restricted area.
Organizers can also be referred to as: Owners, Stewards, Chiefs, Staff, Directors, etc.
