Ever wonder why we preach about checking your car before going on track? The importance of clearing your car out when in tech? Why we run 30 minute sessions so you won’t feel rushed to get out ASAP missing valuable track time? I like hockey. I play hockey. Hockey pucks can send players home or to the hospital even with proper padding. Now image just what that puck would do at 150MPH to a car. Oh wait, you don’t have to! This could have ended much worse for someone had it bounced and gone through a windshield.

Please, check your car before each session. Especially, if you have done any work on it.
